Presbyterian Homes Corporate Office

JSSH Architects, Inc. provided planning and design services to accommodate anticipated growth and new services at the corporate offices of Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota. Remodeling of approximately one half of the existing Hamline Office Building and addition of 27,000 sq. ft. in three stories was completed in February of 2010. The building project included a new main entrance and center lobby to interconnect the existing building and new construction. New office suites, computer labs, an executive board room together with an employee dining and wellness center were added to enhance the office work environment. The third floor of the building addition provides a multipurpose training room able to accommodate up to 225 employees for all day educational events.

Presbyterian Homes Hamline Office

JSSH Architects, Inc. provided design services to accomplish several phases of remodeling for the growing corporate office needs of Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota. The first phase of remodeling was completed in 2002 with remodeling to accommodate Presbyterian Homes Management and Services on the second floor and Senior Housing Partners on the first floor. A multipurpose Board Room /Training Room, IT Office suite, and computer lab was included with the first phase remodeling. In 2003 and 2005 additional office space was remodeled from rental use to corporate use to bring additional corporate departments into a single building.
